Parish Retreat: Waiting in the Patience and Silence of God

The Rev’d Dr John Rolley (Parish Priest, Goondiwindi) will be leading our 2024 parish retreat.
The retreat is an opportunity to come aside into a sacred space of waiting with God. The sessions and liturgies will focus on the oft ignored treasure house of Holy Saturday: a time of pregnant silence, waiting, watching and wondering. There will be opportunities to share our individual and collective journeys, live into silence and pray out of silence, and to spend time in quiet rest and contemplation. There will also be opportunities available to meet with Rev’ds Sue and John for personal direction.
