Christmas Lunch

Many people for many different reasons are on their own on Christmas Day. Many also, would like to add to their sense of “keeping Christmas well” by doing something for others. Most people do need to rush off to events but there may be a few who have time and would like to join in to spread Christmas cheer.
At St Andrew’s this year, we will be offering Christmas lunch in the hall for any who would like to join us from our community, along with any referred to us because they would welcome a Christmas lunch with friends they may not have met yet.
The lunch will be simple but the welcome warm, and there will be music and games for any who wish to join in.
Do you know anyone who may be alone this Christmas or not have the resources for a celebration? Would you like to get into the spirit of Christmas by assisting with lunch in the Hall on Christmas Day?
While Christmas is a time where being with our family and friends takes priority, there may be other creative ways you could support the St Andrew’s Christmas lunch without being there (for example, craft activities for kids, decorations, home-made treats).
